Blake Malone was born in Enterprise, Alabama on November 2nd, 1987. Born to Tommy Enfinger and Robin Price, Blake was destined to be an entertainer from birth. By the age of 3, he had already sung to huge groups of people at a local night club. Growing up wasn’t easy and money was scarce, but he always found a way to persevere. At the age of only 12, he suffered a very traumatic experience under circumstances he’d like to keep secret. He strongly believes that “what doesn’t kill you, only makes you stronger”, and is a living example of that. His motto is “Get up…you’re not hurt.” A genuine product of the streets and a broken home, Blake was caught up in a confusing world at a young age, but hard living made him mature beyond his years and as he got older he slowly found his niche. As he grew up, he discovered an emotional outlet through his talent for music and learned to be a piano, guitar, bass, drum player and songwriter. Everyone in his family loved to sit down and listen to him sing and play for them. He was introduced to Rhythym and Blues, or as it’s referred to today, RnB, through his best friend growing up, Josh Holder and was influenced greatly by modern artists like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Usher, Tyrese, and Omarion. Whether performing his up-tempo club hits like,” Stripper Girl” and “Every Line”, or his heart wrenching slow jam ballads like,”Some Time With You” and “Southern Girl, it is undeniable that when you hear him, you feel him.

Following in the footsteps of the likes of Jon B and Justin Timberlake, Blake Malone is a rarity in RnB music because of the simple fact that he’s white which is unusual in today’s RnB scene. Yet, he remains steadfast that one day he will break the race barrier and be a famous RnB/Soul Crooner. At the age of only 20 years old, he is soulful beyond his years. He is currently the most successful amateur producer in his area and is the most sought after beat-maker and vocalist. He also did a concert at the Dothan Civic Center with non other than Ruben Studdard. He is scheduled to perform in Atlanta in February and talk to several record labels in that area. In late 2004, Blake started recording the now locally famous “Definition of Smooth” album that was completed in late 2006. People loved Blake’s obvious infatuation with not only the big beats, but soaring melodies and ruthless vocal runs that make modern RnB what it is today. However, the follow-up album entitled “On The Edge” showed people a new side of Blake Malone. For “On The Edge”, Blake channeled his Trip-Hop influence, a genre made popular in Europe that is now being performed by the likes of Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake. it is mostly referred to as the darker side of RnB. He currently lives in Tallahassee with his fiance Lauren. In 2008, Blake Malone was featured on a track by Gedalion entitled “Stripper Girl” produced by Dunn Ho’ Landrock of Germany and met Great Productions Chairman Dane Boles. The two are currently working on some of the most explosive tracks to ever come out of the 850. The rest is history…
